Didn't the $5 machines go away because they didn't get enough play? And didn't Caesars LV $200 machine get stalled because IGT couldn;t get the $5 machine perfected? I also doubt the desirability of a $5 machine for most strikers and most casinos with $200 strikes in play. There just wouldn't be enough players for the machines to be profitable for any casino
