How to solve the 4 Q's $200 problem, Maybe

When the Nugget in Sparks had there $200 strikes there was no problem like the Vegas casinos seem to have, why, because they would only redeem 20 current strike of the same theme for the $200 strike ( the $10 Rooster for the $200 Rooster etc ) What the nugget did was have the new design $10 on hand at the same time they had the $200 on hand and ready to redeem and you played the machine for 20 of the same design and then went to the cage to redeem for a $200. A couple of times when I wanted to play the machine there were a couple of people waiting to play but I could have waited if I had wanted a $200 strike.
I know this isn't going to solve the problem of everybody getting one without having to buy one second hand but it would solve the problem of the lines etc. eveybody complains about.
The casino could post saying you could only win 20 strikes at one time and if you wished to try again you would have to wait, this might mean somebody would have to have a sign up list or make it first come first to play, who knows, seems there was something like this at the convention when collectors wanted to play for the Blue Caps.
The down side would be the 4 Q's would have a storage problem for all the current strikes that couldn't be turned in for the current $200 strike and Mark has stated they aren't in the storage side but the moving side.
As stated before no matter what happens not all people are going to be happy but if the problem can be solved it will benifit both the casino and the collector, the way it seems to be going is the 4 Q's might shut down the strike program and then the collector does lose.
Only my thoughts and I am sure many will have other thoughts.
