Chuck - I do belive certain people have a right to complain about what happened at the 4 Queens, why should rules or conditions get changed by somebody at the late time the change was made ? It was posted when and where the new $200 could be gotton and then changed and no notice given.
As far as how many $200 get made for each issue I have no comment as I don't collect the $200 but like we have said before no matter what is done somebody is going to be upset.
