Mark - You do have the right to remove the strike machines once more but I belive you would be hurting both the collectors and the casino you work for.
It seems from what I have read on the message board is that the people were upset because the rules or conditions got changed from what you had stated before.
I am not a collector of the $200 strikes but can understand why the people who had planned to show up at 7 A.M. to redeem are upset. Another thing being talked about was the having to wait in line from early in the morning and not being alouded to sit, don't know if all this is true but many people are saying that was the way it was.
If just once something was stated and held to there wouldn't be so much bad talk.
