Well, Mark that was a real classy move you made with the "Silver Strike Redemption". I am sure your response will be that it wasn't your decision and that Higher Management made the decision, but unfortunately your name will be remembered by several Silver Strike Collectors that got SCREWED OVER by your last minute change of rules on the redemption. You made a post over a week ago advertising the redemption of (20) current silver strikes for the new $200 Christmas strike starting at 7 A.M. on the 28th of January. Several collector's show up at 4 A.M. in the morning only to find out that you started a sign-up list at 5 P.M. the night before. I believe in any business CUSTOMER SERVICE has to be a top priority. When you take care of your customers - they will usually come back as a repeat customer. Your business could careless about CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I will make one more trip to your casino to cash-in my $10 strikes and that will be my last time I will step foot into the FOUR QUEENS casino. I am sure yourself and the management of the FOUR QUEENS casino could care less or be concerned about one less customer. GOOD DAY !
