Maybe this will help. All of the Strikes I have seen from Wisconsin, came from the Strike Machines and say Limited Edition Collectors Series.

They have a $10 value when returned to the cage.

They may not be labeled gaming tokens and maybe you couldn't flop one on the table and bet $10 on a hand of 21, I don't know if anyone ever tried.

But the seller is correct, they aren't gaming tokens... but they are tokens that were won while gaming.
