Just in case you didn't know, it is Vegas Week on the Travel Channel and there is a special airing today on the Palms. They include a nice approx. 5 min. section on Chip Collecting.

The positive is they show Gene Trimble for any of you that would like to put a friendly face with the name and you see the chips from the past convention. They reference chip collecting as a 'subculture' (I prefer to think of it as a 'super-culture').

The negative is no mention of Silver Strikes, but hey, we will assimilate all of those Chips folks eventually! Resistance is futile!

It was a nice little segment and I am glad they did it at the Palms as they are fairly Strike Collector Friendly (even if their machines are not at times!) Hope you catch it and Congrats to the Palms.
