The casino hasn't annouced anything about the $40 yet. So far it's all rumors. If I don't get some definite word posted by them soon I will cancel my entry in the tournament.
1. Is there a $40 exchange?
2. If so is it limited to people in the tournament.?
3. If there were extras struck will they be destroyed?
4. How many people are registered? It was stated that if more than 100 prize money would increase.
