I might as well let everyone know what I found out also.
I posted the problem on the Microsoft BB and got some replies.
The following are ALL of the remedies I received.

"Wait until you're sober"
"Get a shovel"
"Give the dog a bone"
"Lay off the mind altering drugs".

Another actually suggested some help sites.

So much for asking help...at least until they've recovered from their New Year's hangovers.
