Just get your neighbor to feed his dog SILVER STRIKES (no problem...he's rich also). That way when he POOPS on your lawn all you'll get is another new strike for your collection. You can trade any duplicates.
The only problem is if he feeds the dog $200 ones, your dichondera might be in trouble.
