Your best bet is to walk up to the employee window when it is not busy have a silver strike in your hand and ask "did anyone turn in any of these this week or weekend" A tip goes a long way the next time you show up. I have bought from the cage at Reno Circus Circus several times. I think they save the Emmit Kellys for someone special but all the rest are up for grabs. They also may have strikes from other Reno casinos so ask.
