Yeah - I can see the guy may be guilty of conversion (being a fence).

I asked the guy whose stuff was stolen what state he live in and some other details in an email, but never heard anything.

I was thinking of an injunction - just so the selling could stop while it gets sorted out.

If the SOB is selling stolen stuff I would be bent - but I think someone mentioned "evidence," which is important.
