That's partially true. Sometimes there are marks that are identifiable under magnification... either on the capsule holder or characteristics of strike if scans are available of the collection.

The bottom line was in my story, the example of the lady whose TV was stolen just wants her TV back ... and she could care less who took it. And if it is in the house right next door ... call the cops.
