If that's true, nail him up. I agree.

I was only asking that we don't hang him first and have a "fair tiral" later. grin

True, OJ wasn't guilty of speeding. vbg

Maybe someone can explain why the feedback, right after the auction ending, is a direct connection to the seller, since the buyer is also notified at the same instant?

Also the high bidders have in some cases not had the chance to post any feedback, but have been removed from eBay. It seems only the Spanish buyers, get the Negative posted, before they are shown the door.

I hope the contact with a Safeharbor Rep. produces more information and if this seller is guilty, he gets shut down. (look at the high numbers of Positives, we've had a similar discussion in the past about someone in the thousands with problems and shill bidding)

One reason not to shut him down yet, is to keep track of the potentially stolen strikes. If he is forced underground, you might lose the evidence trail.

I still don't know why the police can't (won't) do anything about this. Distinguishing marks, previous scans, inventory lists, something to prove he's at the least working as a fence. What's the use of all the paperwork, forms and accountibility if someone can just claim he bought them at flea markets. That stinks.
