Maybe someone out there can answer this easy question if you are a $200 collector.Some time back the Slots A Fun came out with a $200 strike dated 2003 with the Statue of Liberty and Flag on it. The new one dated 2003 is the same design I think but is the plating reversed. The one recently out has a silver Statue and a gold Flag. Was the first one with the Gold Statue and silver Flag. And also, any idea of mintage on the new one.
