Not that I know of, although I have seen some coin aligned.

Since I don't have a clue how they make the dies or strike the tokens, I don't know how they can be rotated, be they are.

The reason I say this, is the US Mint used a different size for the obverse and reverse so a die can't be put in wrong.

Then they do test strikes to make sure the algnment is perfect.

What I can guess is that with casino strikes, maybe the dies loosen and one side rotates a little. The coin aligned is easier to explain as just a setup error.

Anyway, soory for the long delay, but yes, there are some known that are coin aligned and some that are medal aligned like they should be.

Maybe someone with better knowledge can tell you about slightly out of line.
