I have never heard of 'errors' but Harrah's Reno Babe Ruth Centennial and Babe Ruth 714 Home Runs with the CC mint mark has two variations of the trademark. One says "Ruth,Curtis,Indpls." the other says "TM/cw1996 Babe Ruth by CMG.Indpls,In."
and Art Becker has one listed as a "Double CC" on the side that is also from Harrah's Reno and is the Babe Ruth Hall of Fame strike with a "G" mint mark.
