I have a strike from the Westward Ho, CT mint, Puttin' on the Ritz, and the 999 is on the outside. It's not lined up properly. See scan. I used one of my other Westward Ho strikes as a comparison so you can see how out of alignment it really is.

None of my guides make any mention of this oddity so I'd like to know if all of these strikes were issued this way OR do I perhaps own something unique?
