If you take the traditional order of suits of the Tarot, and place the Major
Trumps first, then the 55th card is the five of swords. This is the card of
self-interest, and looking out for number one. It can also represent lying,
cheating, betrayal, criminal activity -- all kinds of negative behavior that
occurs when you are thinking of no one but yourself and being immature.
"If you put the Major Trumps last in the deck, then the 55th card is the
Queen of Pentacles. This card represents an "earth mother" type of person, who is
warm, caring, trusting, and always concerned about others. She is the one
people turn to in times of trouble. It's appearance in a reading usually
indicates a need to come under the influence of this kind of a person.
Cut Card
In a Talis deck = The Seeker
I actually have some distant memory of the Eagle Card, besides the usual Mfgs. Logo and ID card with deck registration number.
But another answer can be the third joker.
