I just Checked www.StrikeValues.com. This is the only site I know that lists the actual transaction of strike sales on ebay and Jackpot auctions. Really a tremendous reference for true day-to-day values and we use it to determine the price of the hundreds of strikes we offer on our site.

www.StrikeValues.com lists a 9/17/03 sale of that strike on ebay for $17.50.
