Pete, I have an issue with your comment about the resellers. If you take everything into equation, you will see they are not making a great deal of money. The average cost of a $10 strike is in the $16 to $17 range, yes you can sometimes get them cheaper, but on an average they are in the $16 to $17 range. I have spend over $100 trying to get one strike out of the machine, not very often, but it happens. You spend hours at a machine to get the strikes or paying someone, and fronting and taking a chance money wise. And finally stand in lines for hours, and I mean hours to get the strike. Pete do you mean to say that you would do all that, I am probably leaving something out, for free. I am not a reseller, I do not make my living selling strikes.
I got one $200 Halloween strike. It took me better than three hours to win the $10 strikes I traded in for the one pounder, another three hours standing lines and I know it cost me more than $300 to get the 20 strikes. I received $500 for my strike and I do not feel that I made all that much on the deal. Maybe if I was selling a hand full I might turn a good profit, maybe not.
Pete if you think you can sell strikes cheaper than Vegas resellers, then by all means do it.
Do people complain that when you take your paycheck home that you are cheating the people you serve. I think not, so stop complaining, and this is to all of you out there, stop complaining about the resellers. No one is forcing you to buy from them, they all serve a purpose, as we all do.
