In hobby shops, maybe some paint stores, there is a paint sold for fake stain glass windows. They have blue that dries clear blue similar to the color in the blue strike case. Coat the inside of the strike holder and as long as you are not constantly removing the strike, the paint should not come off.

This should work for any of the colored cases, such as the Plaza Yellow case. Good Luck
