This is a $40 Silver Strike, Treasure Bay has two.
One is marked Biloxi and the other is not marked as such. Neather were marked with a face value though. I have both in my collection.

Both were won from a $1 machine on the second floor of the casino (Now Removed) and were redemable at the cage for $40.

They were both available in the gift shop as of July this year for $40 each
