I don't think you should automatically put email addresses in the post...everyone will get more spam as a result of the programs out there that scan the web looking for email addresses. But people should be allowed to put their email address in their post if they want, or perhaps select a profile option to have their email address automatically inserted their if they don't care about getting more junk email.
