I don't expect to get ahold of eBay, in fact I'm just happy if I get a canned reply so I feel like I'm still alive, because the reply from eBay says in essence, we can't tell you what happened or what we did with your note, but we want you to know we got it.

When I got the last Spoof message about my account, and forwarded it to spoof@ebay.com they didn't even reply to say thanks, we got it.
