I was surprised while searching through Strikes and tokens casinos have issued. MGM Grand, Las Vegas, which was built to honor the film "Wizard of Oz" never issued a Strike nor a token relating to this film. Instead their issues depict Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, and cartoon characters which never even worked for MGM films. Also strange, Mirage never issued tokens or Strikes for Siegfried & Roy, who brought millions in revenue to the casino and hotel. Paris,Las Vegas issuing of 9-11 Strikes is very nice but why have they stopped issuing scenes depicting the hotel? It seems the casinos concentrate mostly on chips. Since chips are cheap to produce, that's where the profits are. A collector saving a $200 chip is found money to the casino.
