I have an idea and I don't know if it will work or not, because I don't know much about computers.
Is there is a way to set up a program that will require to register, with your name, address and email address, of any one posting a message on the Board? In this way,the Board is open for everybody to read all the messages, but you will have to register with a "CONFIRMED" email address return, if you want to leave one.
If this is possible, it will stop all those stupid people, that are bored with their live and their hobbies, and have nothing better to do with all their free time, I will recomend them to volunteer to clean up our Freeways.
I wish I have more time to add more to this message but I have to go back to my Strikes.
