Marv,

1) I believe it is the exact same person as before.
2) All the new IP addresses are the same and are from AOL's IP address blocks.
3) The messages were put into the archives so that the info would be available as documentation to make complaints.
4) I have again raised the ban level on the 3 IP's that are causing the problem. In fact, there is response to your post in the holding bin right now from "you know who".
5) The usage policy you wrote is great and I will create a spot for it later today, similar to what is on the CCGTCC board.
6) Your administrative access is still active and your help in that area is welcome. I have no problem with the deletion of this idiot's messages.
