Aloha all. I am wondering if anyone has some info on the 1995 Bally's $200. The regular issue without the words Casino,Hotel, has two stamps on the rim. One stamp is the serial number, the other stamp says One Pound Troy .999 fine silver. The COA says "serial numbered" under the EDGE heading. I have this same $200 strike, but the two smooth sections of the rim are NOT STAMPED. No one pound troy and no serial number. Does anyone know why it would not be stamped, and also how many were made that were not stamped? Thanks for any info anyone has.
