I don't know whether this is a prank post or not but I remember when the DAG HAMMARSKJOLD error stamp was re-issued to kill the philetetic value wasn't there was a law passed that they couldn't re-issue errors items to kill the collector value? I might be off base on this but I am sure there are some stamp collectors out there who can answer this.
