For those who may be interested, here are some scans of the Rio Suite's Rio Rita GDC. Note that the face has the casino/hotel just like the CT version, but it has ".999 Fine Silver" in place of "Las Vegas,Nevada", and of course the GDC mark instead of CT. The Rio's other GDC strikes for Masquerade Village use a different face design.
