if you are or where a seller with auctions ended or ending tonight
and you didn't get a fair price since site is down.
you do NOT have to take a bath and lose your item..
i just spent 2hrs on the phone to fee-bay
they will credit you listing and final value fees as well
inform your buyers NO sale e-bay fault..
also put in you checkout like i will
all auctions NUll AND void IF E-BAY has a outage
i feel sorry for all the sellers who don't have a clue
if they lost big money on there auctions
this give you RECOURSE so a buyer can't state seller never completed
sale.. then you get suspened like i did for 30 days.. on there mistake.
been there done that 11 yrs selling i know all the in's and out's
