I have never listed on Jackpot but do list often on ebay. I have never listed a item that I did not have. I believe it is a matter of ethics. If the practice of listing items that you "think" you might obtain is so "acceptable" then why isn't there a catagory on ebay called "maybe/maybe not", which really means "if there is BUY FROM ME". I feel that Chuck Smorse is 100% correct on this issue. To make an agreement with a few friends is far different than listing a item that you don't own.
