Hello again Strikers,

While looking through my strikes, I noticed that the two Stratosphere G.O. strikes are different. The strike on the right has frosted artwork while the other doesn't. Which one is older?

Also, those of you that have this/these strikes, what does the 4 stand for in the flag just above the second to the last "E" in the word Stratosphere?
