These people don't seem to understand that the reason these casinos were built was to make money like all other businesses. I once asked a casino Supervisor how long they were going to allow a person to play the strike machine and her response was "As long as they have money." The Souvenir coin machines are the only slot machines in Vegas that I know where sometimes the casino will limit your play.

I have said it before and will say it again that most of the complaining come from a very small (less than 5%) minority who are not serious collectors only serious complainers. Rarely does the serious collector complain about anything concerning machine play or strike availability. I have met most of these collectors and it seems strange that they never complain about getting on a machine when they come to Vegas. The two people doing most of the complaining probably don’t even know where your strike machine is located.
