I too got several of these. I forwarded each of them to spoof@ebay.com and got a reply back from eBay within hours each time. They have the resources to track these folks down and I haven't gotten another one since. One thing eBay asks is that you forward the message intact, don't add or delete anything - just forward it as you got it.
Several major big names such as Best Buy, Sears, Amazon, and of course our good friend PayPal are also targets. Incase you get any suspicious mail "from" a company asking for personal information - First forward the email to spoof@that company's address - second, log onto your acount with that company to see if they have more information - do not ever respond to the email you received...
