The last time I posted this image, the three replies I received placed the value between $50-75, with one person having paid almost $60 for theirs.

I purchased this from a coin dealer a couple years ago. I believe this was given out to special players at Bally's in Las Vegas in 1996 (stating the obvious). Not so obvious is the number of strikes that were made, given out, and still in "collectors" hands. Strike is in original holder that I bought it in, scratches are on holder. The plastic holder came in a coin flip with label from Ballys as a gift to the player.
