Re: Treasure Island $200
Dan & Pkrlvr17, no I haven't changed any and I am not going to!! I say it exactly the way it is and that you can take to the bank and collect interest on! If a $200 TI's sold for $1450.00 at the convention in June at the auction, why would I care if someone CLAIMS that they sold one for $950.00, without any proof to back it up. That sale would not be recorded in Bill Cohenour's book because if it was actually sold at that price who really knows? I just don't like that when someone wants to sell something on this board, there is always someone out there who has to make some smart remarks either about the price or the item itself. An item is only worth want you can get for it and if I want to offer my $200 at $2000.00 that is my business, if you want it, you either pay the price I am asking or walk away, it's as simple as that! As for hostility, Pkrlvr17 you must be new here, the longer you read and post on this board, the more you will find out that there are certain members who want to knock, discredit or condemn every move you make! There are a lot of members of our club who will never read or post anything on this board for this same reason. And Dan, lets keep one thing in mind in case your memory has slipped a little, it was Marie and I who got Treasure Island to donate a $200 Treasure Island Siren Strike to our club by Jordan Salman (Assistant Slot Operations Manager) and Justin Beltram (Director of Slot Operations) and no one else!
