on a 16.00 it is approx .080 cents i will send you a money order
on item i bought but for future referance PUT money orders or check ONLY
of which you don't have on your auctions or posts on board
you have a bank account ?????? NO reason why you can't join paypal FREE to join!
it is a hassel to get money orders stamps ect..
and last IF insurance is optional DON'T force it on a buyer
THERE risk i use tracking my COST to prove item was shipped..
