I sold one on September 3rd on eBay for $21.05. My understanding is that it is a Colorado generic strike. I don't think they are really rare, at one point I had about 12 of them. I last bought a few from a collector in Colorado who also identified them as Colorado generic strikes, and this person is very knowledgable about Colorado strikes. Hope that helps.
