Well if we base the cost on mintage ( which shouldn't be the case because nobody except the casino knows how many were put into play or destroyed ) the cost of most strikes should be no more than face value due to the fact some people get lucky and win up to 5 on .25 cents. I don't base my sell price or trade value on what somebdy else averaged to win a strike, I base it on my cost only, if I choose to sell a strike at a given price it is up to another person to buy it or pass. As for the Caesars, Tahoe 4 in 1 strike if you have any to sell at $30 I will purchase any you have, the same goes for the 4 Queens blue cap chasers if you have any to sell at $30 each.
