Peter - One other thing I didn't mention, at Caesars Tahoe a great deal of the 4 in 1 blue caps are won by regular Caesars guests and are taken home and never resold, this does lower the true mintage that will come to market. One thing some collectors don't think about is the fact that other people ( non collectors ) do play the strike machines and don't resell them.
