Well, TOM, your entire statement is pretty well on the money.

As far as VP's, he's got a good point also, but I was not singling out just the BLUE CAPS which typically get better prices. There are a few regular issues that weren't really LIMITED to 250 but it happened that some of them PROBABLY only had 250 of them made.... so, VP, you are right there is no proof. There is one of them that often goes for $40, most of them go for $55-75... I believe all of them should be over $100.
I'll only give one example... the four different cars from Stateline that have gone as low as the $50's recently because two collectors have been disposing of their "stash". Thank you, I finally got the ones I was missing.
