Your complaint shouldn't be about the QQQQ getting $150 when most all other 250-minted issues typically go for $40-100, especially when the QQQQ were won for "face value" after considering the value of the 2 $200's you would win in the process.

And how could anyone complain about getting $130-50 for the twin towers...just lucky I presume.
My guess is you placed a heavy bet on the QQQQ and didn't bother with the Towers...missed out, did you?
