I have a Cannon also,& never had any luck taking small clear Pictures. Works great on larger items,but not on close ups. I use a Scanner, which does a better ,& clearer images,& they are much cheaper to purchase. You may wish to check with Dave in Hawaii,as his pictures always look good.
