I got a similar one too. The one I got was poorly formatted and written in broken English. I forwarded it to eBay.
As a general rule, if you get an email from any site that you do business with - DO NOT respond to it or click the link in the email!!! If you feel there is a genuine reason for concern, go to the real site, log into your account, and see if there is a problem.
