It has been my experience that even having the list does not guarantee rapid discovery of the problem. So, what I do to find the problem word or letter combination is to copy my problem posting and in a new Post Message screen, paste the message and then delete 505 of it and click on the "PREVIEW" button instead of the "POST" button.

If the offending letter combination was in the deleted portion, then you will get to the preview screen. If the offending letters are still present, it will tell you that there is a problem. Using this copy and paste method, keep halving the post until you narrow it down to the problem and then go back to the original Post New screen and change the problem there and post it.
