[No Palms blue caps were sent back for destruction.]
Thank you for answering half the question. Now how about the other half?
"How many of the 750 each Palms blue caps were really won?"
What's going to happen to the blue capsule strikes that weren't won before they were removed from the machines? If they aren't going to be sent back, then what will happen to them? Your answer could be interpreted to mean they haven't been sent back for destruction YET, but might be in the future. Or will they be put back into play at some date, or sold to the public, or just to special insiders?
A similar situation with the Four Queens Millennium strikes being removed after just a few days of play led to someone working an insider deal with the casino to buy the leftovers, and then selling them on eBay as RARE (many dealers and sellers have no problems at all with lying on a regular basis in order to make money). Other casinos regularly work insider deals to sell large quantities of collectible chips and tokens privately to dealers, while telling the general public, who stands in line at the announced time for sales, that they are mysteriously all gone. The dealers then corner the market, and make huge unearned profits.
Here is a chance to squelch any rumors and tell the truth. Can you get someone at your casino to do that for us?
Thank you,
John
