Hi all. When I went to Colorado about 5-6 years ago I found myself at a coin store in downtown Denver. While talking to the owner he mentioned his store had produced a set of four Lucky Buck silver tokens for the casino's in celebration of legal gaming. On these is says Oct.1- 1991.
1. says Blackhawk, Central City, Cripple Creek
2. says Central City
3. says Central City
4. says Cripple Creek
5. says Blackhawk
The two Central City strikes are a the same except as he showed me, one is frosted where the other is polished in one area
These all have a Buck (deer) on one side and on the other side they are different. If someone needs a scan I can send that to you. He also told me that there were only 300 sets made but on the Central City one part were frosted and part were shinny with a total of 300. So that one would be the key one in any set. Any ideas out there of the value of the set ?
Thanks in advance, Dennis SS-094
