Don Hallmark, Director of Slots for the Palms was instrumental in providing those strikes to Chapter and then the excess ones to the Club's Building Fund project.

I believe that Don was somewhat elated that the Palms $200 United We Stand strike won the SSOTY Award for 2002 and I liked the way he celebrated.
